October Conference Exhibitors will have a 3'x6' table and two chairs. Additional items that may be purchased: lunch, syllabus advertising, electrical, WiFi.

Pre-shipping Materials: The Omni Hotel will gladly receive the supplies necessary for any function. The shipment of such material will be accepted no sooner than 3 days prior to the function. There is a fee of $5.00 per box, up to 50 lbs.
Valet $65.00 Hotel does not offer Self-parking. Self-parking is available next door at California Plaza for $16.00.
