Presented by:

Thursday, February 26, 2026
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Online via Zoom

Recent public technological advances have and will continue to intersect the legal industry and affect litigation. This CLE will address the application of Al as a legal industry tool that can help facilitate efficiencies by automating tasks, analyzing patterns, and making comparisons as part of trial prep.

The presentation begins with a discussion of the attorneys' responsibilities under the ABA Rules of Professional Conduct, then addresses the benefits and ethical considerations of various technologies and best practices. Specific goals of this CLE course include educating the legal industry on what Al is and the benefits and challenges it encompasses, along with bringing awareness to the proper and ethical use of Al in the legal industry. Join us for this CLE as we determine the best way to balance innovation and responsibility.

Jason brings a broad experience in court reporting technology. He founded NextGen Reporting, a deposition services firm that pioneered remote depositions and was later acquired by Lexitas in 2017.
